Full Day Information

 

1.  Your balance is current.

2.  You fill out and return a Sign-up Form for each day SACC services are needed. Forms will be available at your SACC site at least a week prior to any full days we are open.  There will be a deadline to sign-up or cancel for each full day.  Charges may apply if deadlines are not met.

3.  Unless otherwise noted below, SACC will be open for services if needed.
